Following an All-American career at the University of Florida, Brad Culpepper became a stalwart on the defensive front for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. During his nine-year NFL tenure, Brad developed a reputation as one of the smartest, toughest and most determined players in the league. Brett Kurland is a former scholar-athlete from the University of South Carolina. Brett has spent his entire legal career fighting for victims, first as an assistant state attorney representing victims of crime and then as a personal injury attorney representing injured victims.
Mr. Culpepper brings over 45 years of trial experience and has been recognized in the publications Best Lawyers in America, Florida Super Lawyers, Chambers USA and "Top Lawyers of Tampa." He is a former Tallahassee city commissioner, captain of the University of Florida football team and president of the Gator Boosters and currently serves on the board of directors of Florida Capital Bank NA.
